1. When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
2. How long will delivery take?
UK standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or public holidays, delivery times may vary slightly.
3. How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom — no minimum spend required.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
5. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, check your tracking link for updates. Still need help? Contact us at info@daveandcarteruk.com and we’ll assist you right away.
6. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. Simply email us to begin the return process.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. It will be issued to your original payment method.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later options are coming soon.
10. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, we're working on expanding our shipping options — stay tuned!
11. I received the wrong item or something was damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us at info@daveandcarteruk.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll fix it right away.
